The Barerar.am website and mobile application were launched in 2024 through the initiative and funding of the “Vardanyan Family” charitable foundation.

The primary objective of the platform is to support families in vulnerable situations, particularly those with minor children or living under extreme hardship conditions.

Donations made by benefactors are directed straight to the recipient families, bypassing intermediaries—funds are transferred either directly to the family head’s bank account or through payment systems such as IDram and TelCell.

The “Vardanyan Family” foundation takes an initial step by providing each qualifying family with a financial gift of 500,000 drams and a mobile phone with one year of unlimited internet access, along with assistance in opening bank accounts.

Video content featuring these disadvantaged families is regularly updated on both the website and app, with a new video uploaded every Monday.

Importantly, the Barerar.am platform and application operate solely as charitable services—they do not generate profit and do not impose any fees or commissions. The full amount of each donation is transferred directly to the designated family’s account.
